You must kill the parasites for 5 days before a liver flush. Hopefully you did this.
Optionally you cleanse your kidneys for 5 days to 6 weeks prior to this, this eliminates your blood from going to acid and if you start to go too acid, you will puke! The stomach eliminates the toxins of the body as a way to save your life, when you fast, your stomach cleanses the blood stream.
Optinally you take herbs to comb the nerves.
You must aid the bowels and this is normally done with herbs.

You do the above to avoid getting ill.

You puked also because the oil/grapefruit was too strong, I always mix in enough water to make it very easy to drink, also wash all taste of this out of your mouth.

"IF" you puke because of too much toxins coming out of the liver and being reabsorbed, you can take optional 6 drops of lugol's iodine, this works like magic in most cases to stop puking, it actually stops all kinds of puking in general.

You got stones out and odds are you will never puke again! Congraduations!!!! If you consume 1 ounce of plant oils daily, you will never produce stones again!
