When I use the loo, quite often like... (not wanting to gross you out or anything but) my poop (technical term xD ) has like white over it, like a thin layer of white.

Is that dead Candida probably? Or?

I got a fair amount when I first started using oregano, and I am now on a basically fruitarian diet, and although it's having pros and cons for all this, I 99% fasted yesterday and only ate one single plate of greens covered in lots of herbs, including oregano and thyme. Today I am finding pretty much every time I use the loo for number 2s, they're all covered in that thin white layer O.O

Thoughts?
