I didn't waste my time reading such things, I did this years ago and learned that when a author is so scewed up, life is too short to waste valubale time with their silly thaughts all based on nonsense and lack of understanding nature.

Our air has all we need to survive perfect lives, it is full of energy that can never be destroyed, enough water to more than substain human life and all the minerals we are made of and the life known as sunlight radiation. No food on this earth ever enters a human atom. Life is in the air we breathe, if you don;t believe this, stop breathing!

Minerals in water from the ground is the FASTEST way to death I know of. Your own home made distilled water is the closest method man has to mimmick God's system of restoring water. Plants also distill the ground water, the same as a healthy human does, inorganic minerals clog the tissues and thus cause loss of circulation until death results.

My advice is to take all books that condem distilled water and use them to start the camp fire, because if the author does not know enough to know about water, then they have zero ideals about real human health and their books will be worthless.
