I'm afraid I don't know what to suggest for your more recent troubles.

I just wanted to suggest a possibility for your original problem, constipation. Is it possible you've used too many supplements to help you go to the bathroom? Now your body may be addicted to them. It won't do it's regular bowel function because it's become used to having other things trigger it.

If this is the case, I'm not sure what to suggest as a remedy. Weaning yourself off of any supplement which helps you go to the bathroom would be necessary if this is the root of your problem.
