Hey everyone...I'm just wondering if it's too soon for me to start another fast being that I just broke mine a few days ago? I wanted to do a 10 day WF this time. I had to break it for a few reasons and I didn't feel like my body finished cleansing. I wanted to take advantage while I'm still in the whole 'fasting' mentality. Would it be too much on my body, all too soon? I don't remember ever fasting so close to each other. Has anyone else done so before? I've been eating healthy the past few days, but today I ate a few not so good things :/

I'm planning on starting another fast tomorrow..for 10 days. Then waiting a few days because of Thanksgiving and then doing a longer fast after that. I know it sounds a bit much but I'm determined to finish cleansing, I don't want to come off as silly with this plan but I really need to know if this sounds ok to do?
