I'm writing an article for a UK student magazine (catch 22) to make people aware of SAD and the winter blues as it is estimated that half a million people in the UK suffer from it. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in being quoted in my article. I will ask a few basic questions like "when did you know you first suffered from SAD" and you'll just need to type a sentence (or more if you wish) by e-mail or this site if you prefer... It would really help me as well as many people out there who will read it. I really do hope someone will share their experience for others to read and identify with... in my article all you'll need to give is a name, age and country but feel free to give a nik name like Jen 19, London instead of Jennifer etc - just a few minutes of your time can spread awareness to so many out there who are lost or unaware.
