second time now within 24 hours. it's the single most terrifying thing Ive ever experienced, it happens as im about to wake. full of fear like a demon is trying to posess me and unable to move.

started after taking kefir a couple days a row in the morning. that's the only thing that has changed.

please give me advice. I'm scared to go back to sleep. even being awake now I don't feel right at all.
