Thats a great food idea thanks! i like cranberries too. @gina....modified citrus pectin block up a lot of people especailly lyme patients its like cholestyramine. But i also know biofilms is made up of both toxins an bacteria so thats why im thinking some sort of natual Antibiotic but Iodine releases toxins too so just exploring other options.

thanks so can calcium supplements do and by lyme water you mean lime juice inwater?
