pectin helps take away alot of gut pressure but it blocks everything up, i just took a huge amount of chlorella and it opened up a bit but im thinking maybe the pectin is grabbing toxins and releaseing bacteria which is causing the inflammation? more Iodine ...other thoughts...also i have chronic lyme with bart a cd57 of 28 and a slipped/crushed disk at my lower back pelvic area.
