Better to get the cold press type castor oil. The walmart type is synthetic. I got mine on the web the 32oz. bottle cold press all natural. I kept the whole bottle in fridge and leave a small 2oz bottle out side. I love to give for people too.
Over the years I wittnessed the benefits of this humble castor oil pack therapy help in digesting those fatty goodness foods. And also any uncomfertable feelings around the liver area due to overconsumption of those fine cheeses and red wines etc goodness, delish, stuff. Lol.
