I was sucked into the soy craze in the 80's. Drank a lot of soy milk and also soy lecithin but now try to stay away from all of it. However, I am guilty of eating soy put in stuf like cereal and soups.

I admire that you can stay away from all processed foods. The only way can stay away from desert type products is to allow myself snacks. One of them is pop corn although I pop it myself with plenty of coconut oil. The problem is that much of the corn is also gmo and organic kernels cost 5 x as much.
