I think you probably already know my answer on this one. I think Aquaphor (white petrolatum) worsened my condition, although it made it cosmetically better briefly. Soggy, white flapping skin that peels every two days is not preferable to hardened skin that is connected until the 6th or 7th day, in my opinion. But everyone is different, I don't blame, ridicule or begrudge anyone trying any treatment, I just want to share what has partly worked and not worked for my own condition.
