I didn't do the detox as of yet bc I'm trying to strengthen my body since I was dehydrated last Thursday after taking psyllium and benonite clay for three days. I heard how this was a good, safe and effective cleansing method...it cleansed me alright. Lol!!! I would like to do the detox by next week if my body feels strong enough hopefully the detox will not give me any side effects like headaches or dehydration. Do you plan to detox? If so, how bout we detox at the same time? I'm tired of these panic attacks occuring out of nowhere. Last night was rough for me bc I felt like I couldn't breathe, my head felt like it was going to explode. I can't explain It other than I felt pressure in my head and temples. These feelings brought anxiety and insomia..... I was up all night while my husband and children were sound to sleep. What Symptoms are you experiencing at this time?
