Well, from what I have learned from homeopathy is, all people with red hair have a copper personality, i.e. high copper... so guess it then depends on how good your liver can process it, i.e. 2nd phase detox...
I have 3 colors in my hair (black, red and blond), it's a mixture but I know my copper levels are high cos of skin problems... MSM has been a godsend but works only when megadosing.
I have started moly today, up to 2000mgr a day (liquid).
Also, glycine for the liver and will be ordering niacinamide for megadoing for 2nd phase methylation and some other things like choline and lecithin...
Lugol's goes together (6+6 drops), am waiting for PI to make my own SSKI , but it's just for overall health, you know...
