I would not use any more oleander.  Dogs digestive systems just aren't set up to handle oleander well.  It's even worse for cats.  Initially, we were excited about the possible benefits for dogs and perhaps other animals from oleander - due in great part to succesful caniine oleander trials.  However, those trials used an injectible form of oleander and not oral oleander.  Though a few people have been able to use oral oleander with their dogs, most are not able to and we do not recommend oleander for dogs, cats or other animals.

With humans, there are alternative delivery routes when stomach issues cause problems - injecting the patented medicine version, sublingual and rectal.  Sadly, none of those are very practical for dogs and other pets, though I suppose rectal adminstration of the liquid extract might be possible in some situations.

It sounds like you have made quite the good effort.  If it were me, I might try painting some items such as iodine, perhaps baking soda, few drops of DMSO, etc. directly on the problem area.  Perhaps there are some other suggestions which might be helpful that you have not tried in the suggested anti-cancer protocol for dogs we put together:

An Anti-Cancer Protocol for Dogs
