That means I took one 100 mg ALA capsule every hour during the day time and one time in the middle of the night. It was recommended by someone who has succeeded in chelating.

It may not be the best idea for someone who's just starting on chelation, but for people who have been doing it for a while I suggest they give it a try and see how it goes.
