I do not know, I am myself studying these things... but several "experts" on nightshades writes that lots and lots of people got rid of pains, nerve problems, gastro problems and lots of other problems just by cutting out nightshades for minimum 3 months.... (yes it sounds too got to be true, but read about it)

as addition to other things you do, it should at least not hurt to go off nightshades for 3 months.

test for blasto and study diets etc...make up your own mind...
