My symptoms have changed from month to month also. I have some symptoms that are more prevalent from month to month, but then, there are also new ones that crop up sometimes. Mine are also worse right before period and ovulation. I have to remind myself sometimes that I DO have good periods of time when I have relief. If I don't remember that, I start to think something is wrong...like a disease wrong...not just like Mirena tanked my health wrong :)
