I believe that wet candida looks dark green and dry looks like a whitish powder.

I suggest you try the cayenne pepper spice mixed with food and see if that helps your sinuses. You would breath in more pepper fumes compared to the capsules. I should point out that I haven't tried the capsules though, so I'm only guessing that eating it would be more effective for sinuses.

I noticed my stuffy nose gets a bit worse before and immediately after I go to the bathroom. It will then get better a half hour or so after going. I'm not sure why.
