Hi,
I have so been where you are. Enough is enough.
1. did you see my post yesterday on the leaky gut forum. I talked about taking a heart Glandular ending food reactions . Even after I stopped taking it I was able to eat normal for a great deal of the time. Like you, I saw no change through candida treatment. My Osteo says if it is systemic you don't see improvement through diet.
2. Its awesome to have a md/nd. best of both worlds. But when progress has stopped it can be good to consult with someone who has different perspectives. See if you can find someone who uses muscle testing to check you out. Make sure they have lots of experience. Testimonials etc. Or try acupuncture. Anything that has a way of reading the body. I am so sick of people tring to reason out whats wrong with them. I have done it for more than ten years and I am a smart cookie, but guess what there was always more going on than I realized. I wasn't wrong, but I saw only part of the picture.
3. Get a GOOD Lyme test. Igenex draw in early afternoon with tea tree oil on the skin after eating something yummy. Lyme can present so vaguely and it will keep you from being able to resolve other problems. Lyme is associated with food sensitivities , candida, headaches etc. I pray to God you don't have it, but if you do then the earlier the better. Most people never see or feel a bite and never see a rash. If you live in an area that is endemic( North east and others) I really recommend it.
4. Make peace with God and believe he is real, supernatural and heals today. All our problems are not his fault.

I know a lot of this may freak you out, but I hope it helps, and I wish somebody had set me down ten years ago and said all of the above.
