Fungus react to antifungals. It means that you will feel more symptoms such as burning, redness,etc when the fungus is dying . It is a classic symptom when the antifungal is working. You feel the battle between the poison and the victim. I get allergic shots for candida every week. I was a positive for candida allergy . The shots stimulate your immune system and also help to decrease sensitivity to the antigen. They are important if you are allergic to candida. Ask Dr. Crandall about the Terbinafine/Itraconazole combination.( You can tell her I mentioned it to you) One thing, you need to check your liver every month when doing this treatment. I can not say 100% sure this is your case but according to what you describe, it looks like. I know the condition is real and know about many women having this problem.
