well i strained the second soak into a glass and it's in the refrig, i'm gonna drink it once it's cold so hopefully that's right.

There are about 2-3 TBSPN of kefir now plumped up. I poured 2 cups milk an i'm letting it sit for 24 hours then going to drink that.


I also drank some store bought kefir, extremely sour an thick.

"evolve" kefir is the name.
