Seems like frickin everything that works against candida works against our bodies as well. Seems like everything has some kind of side effect.  Its a pain in the $%^&! 

Thanks for the post  jorge. If someone does niacinimide we have to make sure our liver doesnt quiver and our insulin doesnt sin.
