Same with you to hug. From talking with Doug at ARL hair anyl. recommends the Black radish and maybe some cysteine along with slow increases in zinc. And to also eat high fiber and plently of water for bowel elimination.

I just don't want to strain my already sensitive sympathetic nervouse system, so.... what ideas or means are you trying for copper?
