well...if I understand you correctly you suggest I not go too long without eating to create a balance...I do eat a lot of big meals of veggies and meat and snack on almond butter or coconut oil on rice cakes or fruit...for a slender guy who can't gain weight I think I eat a lot. It dosent sound like leaky gut is causing my rash. I wonder why the dermatologist said he couldn't help me with it. I guess I'll have to ask him. I'll talk to a chiropractor about my light headedness.
