Cougar and Lolite, you are absolutely correct, I took 120mgs of elemental Iodine for eight days, and I began to feel weird, I popped 120mgs of P Iodide, and things leveled out real fast. And so, am taking elemental early morning, P Iodide two hours later.
Just general info, but I had to make an eighteen hour drive, took 250mgs of P iodide, 120 elemental, breezed right through, in the last hour out, I began seeing buggars, but my brain was very alert, and I made it in without mishap. I seem to think P Iodide keeps the brain awake and alert. david lubbock tx.
