Hey Feo, thanks, I'll have to pick up a copy of her book, have heard lots of good things about it. how've you been doing - are you still doing the Buteyko breathing meditations?

I've been trying to stay off the computer, lately, because I invariably turn it into a research/fact-finding mission and then I start worrying/thinking/obsessing about my AF too much... which just reinforces it.. have been doing alot of Healing Codes work instead, and fascinated as all get-out about its sheer simplicity, and effectiveness. When you heal the mind, the body automatically follows, its as easy (and hard!) as that, thanks to our ego's complexity!! our minds are so powerful....
