Thank you. I'm doing somewhat better tonight. Hope I can sleep well.
That diet plan I was on was from years ago. And,now I'm about 40 lbs overweight do to the past 3 years of high cortisol, stress and high RT3.

I have noted I do have to have enough complex carbs with my protein like you mentioned. And the high fiber is an essential part of this.
