Hi Phillyfly,
if someone is selling something then they will be trying to make money out of you. Whatever happened to the days when someone provided a service for a reasonable price and where that service came first and they made a living second?
Nowadays people only seem to go into business to make money FIRST. This is morally bankrupt in my opinion.

At least you found out about the Adya thing early on and little if any harm will have resulted from that.

You feel like giving up on your search for real health? Never ever do that. Your body is your temple, and has amazing recuperative and healing abilities, so please trust in that innate power to set you free and make you a whole person. I was lucky to have stumbled across Natural Hygiene and Fasting in my youth and saved myself from a terminal illness: after this I realized just how precious life actually is...........never give up. Without doubt Nutrition plays a major, and probably the most important part in achieving optimal physical and mental health: few people realize just how important though. Fasting is merely one stage of nutrition, and where we are still eating anyway.
To mention a simple analogy: you wouldn't put diesel in a petrol engine and vica versa, but the quality of that fuel is of the utmost importance. The body requires an abundance of quality nutrients to enable it to heal properly and effectively, and if they are provided in the optimum amounts as well, then success is assured and disease is overcome. The Gerson Cancer protocol relies heavily if not entirely on nutrition to effect healing for example.
Yes, Chlorella and Spirulina are so profoundly nutritious and digestible, that it was of paramount importance in my recovery from my recent bout of Neurasthenia, and so much so that I take it everyday without fail at the therapeutic dose.

My book was supposed to be ready before this Spring but has been left unfinished and abandoned until recently because of my illness. I am in the process of finishing and proof reading what has already been written before I expose the World to my thoughts and experiences on health.
