thanks for the advise and links, checking it out now.

Went to an optometrist today, this guy can take cultures but didnt.

He said I have:

Blepharitis (knew this for many years)
Gram Negative Bacteria - He said this is causing the little pimples when the liquid touch's my skin. (Didnt know about this)

So just doing some research on Gram Negative Bacteria now, seems these guys are pretty strong/resistant to most Antibiotics .
