HV, I follow your postings and have great respect for your knowledge especially relative to my own.

My liver has difficulty keeping up with toxins and recently showed enzymes slightly outside safe range in a recent test. In response I did my first coffee enema in hopes that it may have positive effect on liver. If anything it was a nice clean out. On the other hand I have been reluctant to do Liver Flushes in fear of side effects from the fruit juices and or strange herbs.

Do you think that coffee enemas may have a positive effect on the liver? If so then how detrimental is the caffeine to the immune system, enough to not get involved at all?

So what's a guy to do to help out the old liver?
