In one of your posts you say that beef and dairy can have a lot of estrogens. Is this found mostly in the fat of the animal meat? Is it mostly just beef that contains these estrogens or does other meat have some as well.

Do you have any reasearch that shows the detectable levels of estrogens in beef and dairy?
