coconut oil is super easy for your body to digest as it does not need bile for it to be absorbed. Also the lower your fat intake is the higher the carbs you'll end up needing in order to feel full. Which is not a good thing when you are trying to fight infection.

coffee enemas or even oil packs would be excellent solutions in my opinion.
