I blend everything. Green smoothies, protein smoothies, etc. But I hardly get enough of that in. Don't ask me how I am alive. I eat frozen coconut oil and loads of pre/probiotics. Lugols. I attribute the fact that I can still walk to the above. Medical community regards/defines/diagnosis me (in writing) as cachectic.

I'm a sick puppy. Five molds identified via culture. Invasion occurred in 2003/4. Recent culture just revealed a new one (in addition to the five), but I suspect it is the byproduct of the asper.

Get yourself some Iodine (Lugols/ SSKI /Mag). I promise it will at least help.
