Had a blood test yesterday and dr called to advise that liver enzymes are border line high. He will probably put me on fat diet if retest does not improve in a month. I would hate to stop taking coc oil for obvious reasons.

I no longer drink alcohol and don't take any drugs. I do take assortment of vitamins, probiotics and 3 or 4 tbls of coc oil. Also eat meat.

If I have major die off the toxins usually settle in my feet so I know that my liver is inefficient at the least.

I've never done coffee enema or liver detox. Would this or anything else help relieve my condition? Thanks.
