-Thanks for sharing your experience with boric acid; I take it you live down there? If so; not seing a cockroach for more than two years is impressing to say it the least.

Insects doesnt have an utilization for boron, while mammals and plants do. Cockroaches probably know this and shun the area. Smart creatures.
