Hi all Im new to posting, but read the threads and I am "blown away" by all the excellent info!

My question: How to supplement with Boron to increase Test levels? I currently am taking Zinc citrate 25 mg 2X per day(Solgar) and Copper 2 mg (Solaray) 1X per day. I realize the ratio may be off, and should I discontinue this protocol as i have been taking it for a coupla months now!
