Any updates trying Pepzin MSM and Biotin. I am going try it. I have have had minor success with the Bvitamins. I tried taking isolated high dose B's until I noticed a difference. I also took a lower Bcomplex just so I wouldn't have too much imbalance. I think think B5/B6 have had the biggest impact. The redness has gone away on my face and reduced oil. Best of luck
