Ah, yes, it is a jouney. Try to find a hydrotherapist in your area. In case your not sure, a hydrotherapist gives (high) colonics. Oh so-much-more than a simple enema. One with a Duecker machine would be terrific. This could help unstick your ileocecal valve. Second, to help restore flora and boost immune system, look into and/or google "colostrum." Good stuff. As with most product you want a high quality/cold processed colostrum. And even though I'm getting into this a little late, getting your guts/intestines cleaned out and liver flushed out is critical to start the healing process. Personally, I got rid of allergies and heartburn with one liver flush. When I start getting those little hearburn pangs, I know its time to do another liver flush.
