First, what is oil pulling, what oil, etc?

Second, a dentist recently scraped back my gums bottom back of front and the teeth. I need to know if and how to regrow them. Oh, I do not know why.

Ps, I know body tissue does regrow, Am I right?
and what we are doing here is ways to help it along, is this right?
awfully upset about gums. Good oral health all my life and good at taking care of them.
