I did the bee diet for 4 months. She changes the diet plan 180 degrees too often for me. For example out of the clear blue she arbitrarily decides that probiotics are useless after yrs of pushing them.

She is far too manipulative and controlling for me to put my health in her hands.

The answer to your question about diet and supplements that I take is yes.
