Hey C.

Might this be a potassium issue? Reading this thread I was reminded of all the research I did few years back about adrenal fatigue, and the interplay between potassium and sodium. (Sodium is needed to move water across cell membranes, but inside each cell there is a 15:1 K to Na ratio.)

This list of low K symptoms includes "feeling very thirsty most of the time."
