Because they don't have a clue what they are talking about.

The theory is that the inclusion of bifidus can result in overgrowth, when not kept in check by optimal composition of strains....thus, they say to just supply the cultures normally found in yogurt.

What's your say?

"Normally found in yogurt"?  You mean like the various Bifidus strains?
