Glad u guys are doing well!

I doubt Bee's diet is for me. I cannot handle all that fat, and to be honest, that egg drink sounds very unappealing. :-P

I'm leaning towards GAPS or SCD... probably more towards GAPS< but I like both of their premises, so I might take a bit from each (which a lot of people on those programs do).
