I did my 4th flush 5 days ago, this time it was to relieve the pain in my liver area I was having since the 3rd flush, I usually flush every month but I did this one after 2 weeks. I also did this one without the preparation of malic acid the week before. The flush went well though, I did not vomit up the mixture like I did in the 1st and 2nd which was good ! The first time I passed tings which looked more like flakes of green not actual stones, but it was early morning and my vision was not great :)
I passed in total about 100 stones, all green and between 3mm to 5mm in size.
The only thing i have noticed on the last two flushes is my anxiety has worsened and old depressive thought have come back, I am finding this hard to deal with as I was feeling great and pretty positive a month or so ago! Oh well I know this is all part of the body cleansing old emotions and toxins. Be patient sarah !!
