Positive self talk or writing during a candida cleanse is very helpful. Especially going through intense die-off. Sometimes, I would get profoundly intense die-off followed shortly by the elimination of a gigantic candida colony- some over a foot long!!

And I have identified the odor of dying candida colonies: It's a mixture of rotten eggs, brewers yeast, and gasoline. So...keep your nose peeled!
