"I had my doubts, because I think if you have a short time to go you better spend your time doing things you enjoy rather having to endure chemo or radio therapy. I'm 60, an art lover, good music, the country living.English is my second language and I woul like to learn another."
Don't look at multiple myeloma as a death sentence. Have been assured that within the past five years in particular there have been advances in treatment and that it can often times be held in check and you can live a normal life.
Am glad that you are looking at doing things that you enjoy. From where I'm at now I don't fear death and wish to get the most out of the life that I currently have. As a friend of mine who has since passed on said, "...death is merely a transition and is in fact much easier than birth." Whatever your belief system and view of the world death is merely a transition. If you don't believe me go browse around Near Death Experiences and read some of what Rudi has written. It is inspiring and never ceases to be enlightening. http://www.curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=206
Essiac Tea was used first in Canada if that would be easier for you to import than from the USA.
Best to you in your healing journey.
I'll be 80 on All Saints Day and expect to celebrate many more after that.
