These are my test results that I had received a while back ago. Note that I did not do a choline load for this test.

TMA = 1.1 umole/mmole creatinine
TMAO = 19.9 umole/mmole creatinine
% TMAO = 94.6%

Reference Ranges (pre-choline load):

TMA = 0.12 - 2.10 umole/mmole creatinine
TMAO = 9.0 - 244 umole/mmole creatinine
% TMAO = > 85%

I am worried about the TMAO (TMA N-oxide) level. I thought it was good but apparently it is bad to have a lower level. I'm also concerned with the % TMAO... it still looks too low since I didn't even do a choline load (I plan to re-test). Does anyone have any thoughts on these results? Does it look like I may have TMAU if I was to do the load?
