Pet lover, dont rely on any diet plan to make up your diet. It doesnt work that way. With your condition you have to figure out what is going to work best for you. If you try to rely on any one elses plan you might just be regressing. All 3 of these diet plans can be too liberal to cater to your needs. Everyone on this forum can be different as far as what diet is going to work for them! Test one food at a time and make up your own diet. I had to do this myself because i found out all these diet plans were not working. I had to really confine my diet because of my condition. Im only able to do a handful of foods right now but thats my condition. Im doing best right now with 0carbs 0 fiber. but this might not work for others.
