I've heard comments about me smelling like sewage or poo so definitely FBO (Fecal Body Odor ).

The only thing I use on my face is foundation and blush but no creams.

As for the facial scrub, I bought the generic Wal-Mart brand.

Mine might be one or a combination of problems that is causing the FBO:

Impaired glucose tolerance
Fatty Liver
Kidney Stones
Menopause
Gallstones (removed)
Possibly yeast infection
On top of that I have some dental work that needs to be done

It's so frustrating trying to figure out what is causing it because there's so much that's going on in my body.
